    2. - 700g/1 1/2lb-900/2lbs boneless chicken
    - 45ml/1 1/2 fl oz/3tbsp vegetable oil
    - 1/4 red onion or 1 shallot
    - 2 cloves garlic
    - 1 large jar tikka masala sauce
    - 125ml/4 1/4fl oz plain yogurt
    To garnish:
    - flat leaf parsley
    - a lemon (cut into wedges)
    3. 10 minutes preparation time
    4. Yes, no problem
    5. The onion and garlic and the chicken pieces
